Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered a pair of the Smart 360 Flex Chinos for work. The pants themselves are great; very comfortable and they fit true to size. The fabric feels durable, which is important for me. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days to get to me in Belgium. I also had a small question about tracking and customer service took almost 48 hours to respond. While the product quality is high and I'm happy with the chinos, the delivery speed and customer service response time could definitely be improved for a smoother experience overall.
